We built the service around one vehicle type on purpose: the Kia Carnival people mover. It seats a whole family, swallows an airport trolley's worth of luggage, and is comfortable enough that a 5 AM run to the terminal feels civilised.

Deep rear well plus a foldable third row. Four to five large cases with carry-ons, or golf bags, prams and surfboard-sized awkward loads.

Powered sliding doors and a low floor make getting in easy with kids, older passengers or a kerb full of suitcases.
Inside: room to spread out
Captain seats in the middle row with armrests, USB charging, tinted rear glass and enough legroom that nobody rides with their knees up. Baby seats and boosters fitted on request at no extra cost.
